Our Team

Sarah Hatch is our principal broker. She has been a principal broker for property management for over 22 years. Sarah specializes in commercial, residential, and community property management and takes pride in the service and quality of her property management.  Sarah loves to be hands-on and fully involved in the management of her client's properties.  Sarah is a member of BOMI and an Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) Top Producer.  

Sarah has a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University. 

 Sarah is a principal broker licensed in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.

Angela has been involved as a private investor and property manager most of her life as part of her family's rental real estate business.  She is now sharing her personal passion and property management skills with the public as a founding owner of Harbour Property Management LLC.  Angela has a bachelor's degree from James Madison University and a master's degree from Virginia Tech. Angela is currently the president of the North Stafford Community Improvement League and is on the board of directors of the Aquia Evening Lions Club and the bridge of the Aquia Harbour Yacht Club.

Michael has a 20+ year career in real estate and has served clients in all the counties of Northern Virginia and the surrounding area.  His team has earned many sales and top agent accreditation awards, including from The Washingtonian, Northern Virginia Magazine, Inside Stafford, Nextdoor.com and many more.  The same principles used to build an award-winning sales team have been used as the foundation for Harbour Property Management:  Outstanding Client Service, Seamless Communication and Unparalleled Results!  

Mike is a founding owner of Harbour Property Management LLC and an associate broker licensed in Virginia.  

 Josie is a lifelong resident of Stafford County. She graduated from Stafford County Public Schools in 2013 and is mom of two little girls and one little boy. Josie previously worked as a cosmetologist, but decided to go a different route now that her kids are getting older. She is a people person and loves helping in any way she can. Josie's passion is enjoying staying busy, learning, and watching people succeed. Josie provides administrative support and is an agent licensed in Virginia.
