Tenant agents with a signed agreement will be paid 25% of the first month's rent, sent by the 12th of the month for a beginning of the month move-in or by 10 business days for a mid-month move-in. Brokerages will be paid via ACH or checks can be picked up at our office. No checks will be mailed.

Harbour Property Management Works Collaboratively With You To Manage Your Client's Rental Property

At Harbour Property Management, we love working with other agents and brokerages to find the best solutions for your rental clients.  We have a proven system of working with agents, brokerages, and your clients, so that your clients are happy and well cared for, and you maintain your valuable client relationships.


If you are an agent or broker, we can list and manage your client's rental property while you receive 25% of the first month of rent of the initial rental listing.  In order to facilitate the listing, rental, and management of your client's property, we have a standard protocol and agreement so each party understands their role with the common goal of serving your client's needs and growing their investment and your business.  


We will list, lease, and mange the property, but you will remain the buying or selling agent for your client. In other words, you receive a referral fee of 25% of the first month of the first listing, while keeping your buying and selling relationship with your client! This collaboration works well for everyone involved because you place your clients in the hands of property rental and management experts, thus continuing to serve your clients' best interests beyond your representation as their buying or selling agent.


Our agreement with you will be in writing and signed via DocuSign. This makes for a great working relationship and no misunderstandings. 


Please note that it is not advisable for anyone to list and/or lease a property and then refer us to your client for property management.  Any discussion about property management should occur prior to the listing of any property.
