Upload Your Renter's Insurance

If you have your own renter's insurance that provides at least $10,000 of content coverage and $100,000 of liability coverage, click on this link to provide that information to our third-party processor for approval.  If your insurance meets all requirements, you will save $10.95 each month on your Resident Benefit Package. If you do not upload your own insurance documents, you will automatically be enrolled in our third-party insurance program.
